2. Processing Time
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. For personalized items, processing may take 6-9 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.
  • Order Dispatch: Once processed, orders are dispatched and shipped to the provided address.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or you can ask customer service at hi@zahahome.com
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues.
4. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and do our best to locate your order.
