How does the refill program work?
Our refill program is simple and rewarding. Once you've finished your ZAHA HOME product, bring your empty vessel to our store at Maxim Mall, one of our partner locations, or our pop-up events. We'll refill it with your favorite scent at 50% off the original price. It's our way of making sustainability beautiful, accessible, and kind to your wallet.
Which products are eligible for refills?
Our refill program includes candles, diffusers, hand soaps, dish soaps, and home sprays. Each eligible product is clearly marked on its product page, and we're continuously expanding our refillable collection.
Where can I refill my products?
You can refill at our store located at Maxim Mall, our partner locations, or at our pop-up events. Follow us on social media or check our events page for upcoming refill opportunities and partner location updates.
Do I need to clean my vessel before refilling?
No need to worry about cleaning! Simply bring your empty vessel as is, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll inspect it to ensure it's in good condition for refilling and prepare it for your new scent.
Can I switch scents when I refill?
Absolutely! You're welcome to choose any available scent when you refill. It's a perfect opportunity to explore new fragrances from our collection and discover your next favorite.
What if my vessel is damaged?
If your vessel has cracks, chips, or significant damage, we may not be able to refill it for safety reasons. However, we encourage you to repurpose it as a planter, storage container, or decorative piece—giving it a beautiful second life.

How do I care for my ZAHA HOME products?
Each product comes with care instructions. For candles, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. For soaps, keep them dry between uses to extend their life. Treat each piece with care, and it will reward you with lasting beauty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to bring ZAHA HOME's handcrafted beauty to homes around the world. International shipments typically take 7-9 days to arrive. Follow your tracking information for real-time updates on your order.
