Cashback Card Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Transferable Cashback

• The cashback earned is linked to your card and account only. It cannot be transferred to another individual, account, or card.

2. Next-Day Usage

• Cashback earned during purchases will be credited and made available for use starting from the next calendar day.

3. Expiry of Cashback

• Cashback must be used before the expiry date stated in the card. Any unused cashback after this period will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed.

4. In-Store Redemption Only

• Cashback can only be redeemed at our physical store and cannot be used for online purchases.

5. Minimum Spending Requirement

• Cashback can only be redeemed on purchases with a minimum spending amount of 999 EGP.

6. Card Presentation Requirement

• To earn and redeem cashback, you must present your cashback card at checkout. The cashier will scan the code on your card to process the transaction.

7. General Provisions

• The cashback card and its benefits are subject to the terms of service outlined by ZAHA HOME.

• ZAHA HOME reserves the right to amend or discontinue the cashback program at any time without prior notice.

• Misuse of the card or program (e.g., fraudulent transactions) may result in cancellation of your card and forfeiture of any accumulated cashback.
