Terms & Conditions
Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The refill program applies to all ZAHA HOME candles, diffusers, home sprays, hand soaps, and dish soaps.
The Swap: To receive the 50% discount, a customer must return an empty, original ZAHA HOME vessel. In exchange, the customer receives a brand-new product from the shelf.
Pricing: The 50% discount is calculated based on the current full retail price of the new product (vessel + contents).
Scent Choice: Customers are welcome to choose a different scent for their refill; the discount is not limited to the original scent purchased.
The Card: One card can be used for multiple refillable products to reach the "Free Refill" faster.
Validity: All refills must be claimed before the expiration date stamped on the card. Expired cards will not be honored.
Location: This program is currently exclusive to ZAHA HOME physical stores and is not available for online purchases or mail-in refills.
Completion: After the 4th refill (Free), the card is collected by staff. The next full-price purchase begins a new cycle and a new card.
